No confirmation email

Signed up for a virgin mobile pay monthly deal when your team contacted me yesterday morning. Was told that I'd receive my confirmation email straight away as they couldn't dispatch the phone until I'd replied to the confirmation. Still waiting over 24 hours later. So much for a next day delivery.
