No capping available

I'm new to Virgin Mobile (1 day)

As a company that describes its customer as part of 'the family' I'm really surprised from the forums to see there is no capping facility available (unlike EE, Tesco, etc).

It's making me consider other providers.

How do I reduce my credit limit and will this facility ever be made available ?

Hi Loosecanons,

 

you can call customer services (free on 789) from your mobile and ask them to reduce your credit limit but I believe that the minimum is £50-.

If you have an Android device, look in the mobile data settings and you may see that it offers you the ability to warn or disable at a limit you can set on the device itself. This may be a way to help manage.
