New contract

Hi
I placed an order for a new contract with you on Friday 8 Jan, created an accout and received the confirmation email but when I try and log in to the account it keeps saying try again in a few moments plus I've heard nothing else about my order
Please can you let me know what's happening with it

Can you confirm please

Was it a handset you took or just a SIM ONLY . If it was a handset did you E-sign your agreement?

It was a handset ( samsung galaxy S6 32g black £25 a month ) I had the confirmation email but nothing since

Did you sign your loan agreement with the E signaute code and security key etc?

Is that the box you click at the end of the application
If not then all I have is the email confirmation and another to confirm my email address for my account

Your new agreement , your security key and security code

Its where copy and paste the key over i.e G2^&"fasFG sort of style key and then you tick the box for the terms and conditions?

It would say thank you and sign out.

It doesn't necessarily mean you didn't get accepted but could be an indication that the order didn't go through.

I would definitely speak to the Virgin sales team or customer services to dive into this one a little further.

you can call on 0345 6000 789

They can have a look at the order and see if it failed or just didn't get accepted

You would have had the emails as previously stated if the order had gone through fine. This is part of you accepting the contract.
