I have inserted my new sim it asked for my sim pin 7890then asks for a unblock pin what is this
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with activating your new SIM card. Has this been resolved for you?
Your unblock pin is your PUK code. You can access these via your online account: https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/login then go to Plan and device, the Summary tab, then scroll down to Oh PUK!
