Mobile Network issues

Hi

There seems to be a mobile phone network issue in my area (OL2). 2 phones had no signal all day.

Both phones go from 1 bar of signal (if lucky) to no network available.

1 phone is from you (hence this message) the other is a work phone direct with same provider EE/Orange.

Thanks

Re: Mobile Network issues

That would therefore indicate a network issue, have you checked on the EE webpage that shows network faults/issues?

Re: Mobile Network issues

Yes and no issues coming up on their system. Tried to call them on the landline but no answer after 30 mins. (no doubt at XXp per min!) Also tried the twitter "help" and they advised to ....call them. Definitely now a network issue as my daughter has just come home an said the same thing. Hope VM have a route into EE !

Re: Mobile Network issues

Hi kpg24uk,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting on the Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you and your family have had network problems. Is this working for you now?

Checking this, signal coverage in your area is showing as:

VERY GOOD

Your phone should work outdoors and inside most houses, with variable coverage in commercial buildings.

If you are still having problems, please let me know.

Kind regards,
