Logging in to my account from an iPad

Does anyone else find it impossible to log into their VirginMobile account from an iPad or is it just me?

Come on now, you KNOW there is an ongoing problem. We communicated ages ago and its still not fully resolved! I was about to email you to tell you when I spotted this recent post.

Ipad = Safari 

I have been able to go into myvirginmedia and been able to access my mobile from logging into it having already had to login to myvirginmedia. Not today. I have tried all ways from of doing it from within VM. Failed.

Please come clean.

Yes. Old problem resolved unresolved.. No idea why. Matt already knows about ut. Hes stalling!

as it happens I was emailing him anyway!! I cant get in today!

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm using Safari. When I try to log in, I just get my username (email address) and password (asterisks) displayed. I know the username and password are correct as I can log in from a Windows laptop using Firefox browser. Hope this helps

Hi off_switch,

Safari is not always the browser of choice on any apple Device. I use chrome on my iPad and we need to make sure that we don't assume where the fault lies.

It definitely sounds this is linked to Safari Kg57.

Just to rule out the device in general, are you able to download an alternative browser for your iPad? Let me know how you get on.

Still unable to sign in.

Tried signing in on iPad via Firefox browser - still no access.

Your website is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard!

Just tried logging in again.

Got green ticks on email and password - I'd have thought this meant they were recognised and correct, but no, the ol lowing was displayed;

Please note that passwords are case-sensitive, so check that your caps lock is set correctly and try again.
