I cannot logon to my account abroad to activate roaming
When I try to logon to my account it says my details aren't correct despite having green ticks next to the information. I might be getting my password wrong but to change it I need to receive a text, which is not possible at the moment as I'm not on any network. I have tried doing it through settings on my phone but that doesn't work either. I have also tried calling +447953967967 from a different phone, as is mentioned on a different roaming thread but the call doesn't go through. Is there any way to send a new password to my email address?
