I can't make or receive calls no message

Hi there please any one can help I have received today new sim card and is active now but still phone say emergency services only or not service what I can do?? Please I have spoken about this matter with virgin today about 5 times and they said just wait but waiting all day and still nothing happens please help Thanks

Hi Jergus,

 

whilst you are waiting have you been periodically turning the handset off and on again (or airplane mode on/off) to make the device search for a signal.

Hi Jergus,

 

as you have already spoken to someone at Virgin and they have stated that your SIM is active, are you able to try it in another phone to see if it will connect to the network (or try another working SIM in your phone) just to see if you can find fault.

Thanks for your advice but when login to my account is state that still working to activate my sim card

Thanks I have tried to put the sim on my partner phone but same still state emergency call only
