Hi there please any one can help I have received today new sim card and is active now but still phone say emergency services only or not service what I can do?? Please I have spoken about this matter with virgin today about 5 times and they said just wait but waiting all day and still nothing happens please help Thanks
as you have already spoken to someone at Virgin and they have stated that your SIM is active, are you able to try it in another phone to see if it will connect to the network (or try another working SIM in your phone) just to see if you can find fault.
