Help team posted that they will respond to forum postings where customer is already abroad and need to set up roaming.
Never had problem abroad before.

Sorry to hear you're roaming isn't working in Portugal at the moment.
It might just be that your roaming service needs to be activated and the great news is you can do this through your Online Account.
Just head to 'Plan and device' and 'Manage services' and enable to 'Roaming' option.
