I've called twice now to try and get an answer to this but don't seem to be getting anywhere. I'm looking to amend the name on the account from Mr John Smith to Mr John James Smith (as an example) as I want to include my middle name.
First time the call went overseas and the operative said that they could process, then said they couldn't, then said they weren't sure and it'd be best to send a letter but the address that they gave me doesn't seem to exist when I put it into google?
The second time I was told that it could be done over the phone then the girl started giggling away at a colleague seemingly and the line went dead.
Can't be bothered trying a third time so thought I'd ask here!
I have a certified deed poll certificate to prove the name change so can post if required but obviously, would rather it was done online or by telephone/fax if this is an option at all.
