Has my number been deregistered because I am overseas?
I have been in Australia for 14 months and I usually check my UK Virgin PAYG sim card once a month or so. Today when I tried to access my account it said I wasn't registered on the network. Can't access my online account either as it doesn't recognise my number or login details. Does Virgin deregister sims if the account isn't being used often enough? I really wanted to keep this number for when I go back to the UK - and it's also tied to several accounts which I have in the UK. I can't seem to find an email address to ask Virgin directly so does anyone here have any ideas
