Had no mobile now for nearly 2 weeks , totally disgusted

I had my account suspended two weeks ago , still not be restored , I pay by direct debit , keep being told it's an I.T issue , feel as if I am being told rubbish . After being a customer for many many years I am seriously thinking of cancelling everything from virgin

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I'd very much like to apologise for your phone service being off for nearly 2 weeks even though you've paid the bill. This is clearly not acceptable as it's a very important communication tool.

 

When was the last time you spoke to us?

Did they give a timescale for this IT issue?

The issue was resolved after 2 weeks and 1 day . All working now thankfully .
