Former virgin mobile user

I used to have my mobile with Virgin Mobile as well as the tv / home phone / Broadband. I wish to return but I can't remember my details for the accout and no longer have the number of the mobile...what should I do?

Hi imploded17,

 

if some time has passed (3 ~ 6 months) since you last made a chargeable action on your Virgin Mobile account. Your number may well have been "recycled".

Return as a new mobile user (if you have Virgin Media service at your home address. Broadband, phone or TV) you will still qualify for free Virgin Mobile to Virgin Mobile calls.

Give the sales team a call on Freephone 0800 052 0238.

I was online in a chat going through the buying of wanted mobile but because my old account was apparently live it wouldn't allow it and wanted my old password... couldn't remember...I will give them a call tomorrow and see how it goes...thanks for your swift reply snd help.
