Engaged tone all the time

Hi there,

I have been trying to ring a Virgin mobile number but it has been engaged continuously for the past 2-3 days. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Have you tried ringing the number from an alternative phone? This could eliminate the potential issue with your number specifically

its very strange that other numbers still get the engaged tone which means it cannot be your line

Do you know the user of the phone? As in family member etc so you can see them?

It could be a possibility that they have put on a "do not disturb" or auto reject all calls . This is gives the same "busy" tone

Hi Lee,

As far as I am aware they have not put any kind of "Do not disturb" or autoreject all calls instruction in place. Can you confirm that there are no other Virgin mobile lines similarly affected?

As far as I am aware, no one else is having this issue to or said anything to myself. Not seen anything on the forums either but don't work in customer services or tech support so unless others have else where i wouldn't know im afraid
