So they up my bill then reduce the data? Talk about bad. Oh well I'll work out my minutes and get the cheapest I can or go elsewhere. They will loose 200 quid a year off of me for doing this just by me reducing all my Sims for my family. Bad bad service
I was paying 18 for sim only unlimited everything. Thenget told price going up to 21. I have 2 Sims the same. Then get a letter saying unlimited no longer available on data. Joke so I now have reduced to 12 pounds a month on both and will use my non virgin land line a lot more and non virgin broadband and give up streaming via phone. Shame really as I been loyal for a long time. As many other companies have also hiked up prices it's a joke

Price increases can happen from time to time, what's important is that you are always made aware, and with the Flexible method of the ability to leave anytime I'm unable to change the tarriff to what it was previously, as much as I may like to.
