Current usage and contact problems

I'm having problems with my on-line account - I cannot view current usage on either number on the account - is this a common problem.  Also, on line chat never seems to be available - again is this a common problem.  I'm starting to wish I had not moved provider now!

I've seen the first problem mentioned a few times now

As to chat being busy, it seems the norm.
