Connectivity problems

For the past 3-4 weeks users in the IV15 area of Scottish Highlands have reported connectivity problems outside of wifi. I have never had problems before with Virgin but all msg sending/receiving is unreliable & I cannot connect to the internet once outside wifi area. My husband called VM for over half hour but we've heard nothing back from them & have seen no improvement... starting to think about cancelled my contract. Anyone else having these problems? 😕

still no service at all.  I was away for the weekend in Hampshire and the signal was fine.  When I got home on Sunday afternoon upto now, I have had no signal.
