Can't make calls and people can't call me, says number is unavailable!
I have two SIM-only contracts with Virgin, one for myself and one for my mum.
My mum's phone stopped making and receiving calls yesterday. She can't call anyone and when I call her it says that her number is unavailable. Some of her texts are getting through but not many.
I have no problems with my account as everything is up to date and my SIM seems to be working fine and from what we can tell there is nothing wrong with her phone. Is anyone else having problems with their service at the moment or does anyone have any idea how to sort this out? Only just switched to Virgin and really hoping that this isn't going to be a regular thing.
