Addict Extra tariff - my allowances are missing

Hi

I don't know if anyone can help please. 

I'm on the Addict Extra tariff and I have had no text back when I topped up last month and my allowances are missing this month online and when I call 789.  Is there a Virgin Mobile contact email?

Thank you...but I have decided to leave Virgin Mobile after being a customer for over ten years.

I feel so let down by Virgin that my text & voice minutes are missing from my Addict Extra tariff...it's unacceptable.

So I will take my business elsewhere.
