I lost my phone a couple of days ago. I have bought a new one and been given a new SIM card by virgin. However, I cannot activate it, let alone make sure that my number is still the same.
The leaflet attached to the SIM card includes a website that my laptop and phone say cannot be found. Aside from finding a website I realised later was Australian, I am at a loss.
Obviously I do not have a working phone line either, so I am relying on something online to fix this.
