4g activation

Hi,

I've upgraded to the new 4g sim only pay monthly but I can't get 4g. I've read previous posts on this forum and apparently 4g needs to be activated on my account. However, I've rang 789 and I've been told everything is fine with my account and they never heard about 4g activation. Can you help me?

Phone: kyocera kc-s701
OS: android KitKat
APN checked with 789
LTE option activated on phone
Location: central London
I'm one week into my refresh date.
I get data, but no 4g

If you have upgraded then 4G will not become active until your refresh date, however you are past that so it should work.

I can only say keep trying until you get a CS rep that knows what they are doing.
