on going problems

just to add to the total mess of the last three months now Virgin dug up the road last week and laid cable for an account i closed on November 24th then one of their employees was rude and total disrespectful to my wife and disabled daughter when she told him he wasnt gaining access to our property. 

so after all of this i am going to take legal action now, my advice would be think very carefully about getting or keeping Virgin, because when they make mistakes they make it impossible to get any resolution at all

I am incredibly sorry to hear that a member of staff working for on behalf of Virgin Media has been disrespectful to your family.
