Immediately telephone a request for a replacement.

Call 150 for free from a Virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 (paid) from any other phone, or wait for a few days for admins to see and reply to your post here.

Hi there cathevers, 

 

I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm sorry to hear that your TiVo® stopped working. 

 

Upon running some tests on your connection, I can see that your TiVo® is now showing as online and broadcasting a channel, so it does look to me as if you took the advise of our community and have gotten this issue resolved. 

 

Should you have any further issues, please let me know so I can investigate further for you,
