anyone else had this issue? Suddenly now,when I try to access either YouTube or Netflix, on pressing the red button the message "step back " shows and on pressing it, the screen reverts to the previous and there is no access to (either) of these channels. There is no problem with any other channel and nothing has been altered to cause the issue.

I've run some testing on your account and all is looking fine, all levels are spot on, and the hard drive isn't reporting any issues. I can see that you've recently rebooted the TiVo®, this may have resolved the issue for you.
