Yet another problem!

I have been having nothing but problem after problem from this company and i will refuse to pay if it i not sorted soon.

 

Now the problem is only with the youtube app.

 

The problem is it keeps stopping and starting even when the grey bar is well in advance.  If the grey bar is ahead then the download speed is not the problem.  There must be a problem with the actual apps playback and nothing to do with high usage in my area as some have said to me.

 

Can someone please give me some info on this because i am very annoyed with having to constantly post new problems.

Anybody else getting constant starting and stopping with the you tube app.

 

It is nothing to do with the DL because the grey bar is well in advance of the playback, so it must be a problem with the app yet again.
