I am a new customer. I have a phone, broadband 100 and full house tv package. all of my services are up and running fine however:
There are a large number of available channels coming up with the "There is a problem with the signal on this channel....(W02)" error code.
I have restarted the box and it has made no difference at all. Very frustrating to have TV issues within my first 48 hours.
Can someone please help ASAP?
