Sounds more like a signal issue. Did the engineer check the signal?
if not then phone in and ask someone to check them. (You could wait here for a mod to help but you might wait a few days)
I seem to recall another poster with similar issues. The 'fault' was traced back to the green cabinet in his street ?? : (
I'm sorry to learn about the continued problems with your TiVo service, I've been able to run some tests on the set top box from our end for you.
