I have an issue with tv pixelating really badly and also the tivo service is so slow.
I did have an engineer booked to come out but i had to cancel it as it wasn't convenient in the end. However an engineer had previously come out and changed my box etc.
Sometimes you feel a fool calling out an engineer and not being able to show the exact problem at the time.
I spend an awful lot of money on virgin services and i really do want to get this sorted out as it is very annoying...
what should i do next?
