Still not recording suggestions. I rang again (6th time) on saturday gave them all the info and was told it would be sorted in 24 hrs but no different 48 hours later.I now am so annoyed as this is a different Tivo box so feel it's not the box and I am paying for a service I am not receiving Also on my tv guide for the second week only showing for bbc -1 & 2 rest of bbc saying to be announced. Seriously considering changing suppliers after being with them about 30 yrs

I've located your account and I can see an issue with your Downstream power levels. I'd like to get another technician to amend the signal issues and further investigate why the Suggestions aren't recording.

Hi Josh, I have had my Tivo Box since they were first offered and found a switch off then back on worked. I don't have my Tivo go to sleep, I have it set to stay on.
At the moment, I am not getting any suggestions. Just before this, I had TV Feed go off. WifiRouter just had flashing light. This happened about 3 times in a week. Then suggestions stopped. :-(
I did the switch off/on and no change. I checked the Suggestions Settings and no change. I cleared the Suggestions and no change plus the existing Suggestions are still there.
I have just checked and no change. The suggestions play. I did note that there is a single thumbs up on the Folder (I don't know what else to do). It's like the Suggestions offered have frozen during July 2017.
