Tivo box freezing and recordings jumping back or forwards about 5 mins
I have had virgin media for 12 months with no problems, until recently when the TiVo started freezing. An engineer visited a few days ago and changed the box, since than the problem still occurs and now also jumps forward or backwards during a programme about 15 mins. lots of people seem to have the problem with freezing, and all the engineers seem to do is change the box with a refurbished one, with the same fault. I am due to sign the new contract but am reluctant to do so at the moment.
