Are Virgin planning to upgrade the box or software to speed up the transitions between menus.
On SKY HD box, I could navigate around the menus so quickly but the Tivo box seems to hang, black the screen making the picture in picture feature useless.
Netflix takes a stupid amount of time to respond as does On Demand.
Really wish I hadn't changed from SKY, especially with a 18 month contract.

Firstly, I'd like to ask, do you get the same slow responses with Netflix, On Demand on all of the boxes in your home? Or is it just the one box?
