TiVo upgrade problem

I placed an order to upgrade my TiVo service to the 170+ channel and got an email saying it would be delivered 08/08/16 between 8am-6pm and if there were any problems they would email me, it's now 18.30pm and no delivery or email. Tried contacting them but can't get through on he number. Anybody else had similar issues

Only thing to do is keep ringing. You might get a mod on here to help but not see your post for a while.
