We have had no tv for 4 days now we have called several times but still not sorted the TiVo box just says starting up the restarts itself but never goes off the start up screen,any one else having problems.
You have a new TiVo v5? Return at once, and get a v6, the old boxes do not handle current software requirements... check these forums for discussions going back since catch-up/streaming has become common
