TiVo can't connect to a network

Tivo box won't connect to any network. I cant use on demand and all my apps have disappeared. I've tried both resets but still no response.

Anyone any ideas?

Try home - help- servings- network- connect to virgin. If that doesn't work check on VM website to see if there's a problem in your area. If not then you'll to phone in for help.

Hi grahammcmillan,

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

As Parrotperson has said, we need to try updating the TiVo®.

 

Just press Home on the remote control then select Help and Settings, Settings, Network and then Connect to Virgin Media TV Service Now.

 

Once you've done that the TiVo® will take anywhere up to an hour to fully update.
