Try home - help- servings- network- connect to virgin. If that doesn't work check on VM website to see if there's a problem in your area. If not then you'll to phone in for help.

As Parrotperson has said, we need to try updating the TiVo®.
Just press Home on the remote control then select Help and Settings, Settings, Network and then Connect to Virgin Media TV Service Now.
Once you've done that the TiVo® will take anywhere up to an hour to fully update. Let me know how it goes! Josh
