TiVo box

Our TiVo box is not allowing on demand.  My account number is removed . On my other box on demand is working.  I would like this sorted asap as I pay for a full package from you and expect any issues sorted promptly

This forum is not a formal fault reporting route and you may have to wait up to a week for one of the VM team to pick up your request. For a quick response you may be better calling 150 from your Virgin land line.
