TiVo box won't start up

Hi, my TiVo box will not start. There is one red light and one green light illuminated. Every few minutes the tv screen will display "starting up" then go blank again. The box does this loop continually. I have tried holding in the power button to force a reboot but to no avail. I have also tried switching the box off at the mains for half an hour, then switching back on again, but still same scenario.
Any help appreciated.

Dead box, so ring it in!

You'll get an immediate response if you give them a ring on 150 (from 08:00 until midnight, every day), or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to initiate a live chat (from 08:00 until 20:00, Monday to Saturday)

Hi Craig, thanks for replying. I spoke to the faults team and they sent me out a new TiVo box so all sorted. Cheers
