I became a Virgin customer yesterday. My TiVo box worked for about 4.5 hours. First it switched itself off, I switched it back on, then it did some updates. I left it as it went on for ages and I went to bed. Today every light on the front is on. Contacted Virgin and somebody is coming out on Thursday to hopefully replace it. I am getting a £1.17 refund because of loss of service. Aren't I lucky? Not a good start.
