TiVo box dying

My TiVo box is dying , it's taking ages to go to the menu , ages to go to my shows and play my recording and tonight set it to record but can't fast forward through programs and when you come out of the show its goes back to the beginning , anyone else had this , paying a lot of cash but not getting the service
