TiVo box crashing

My virgin TiVo box has crashed every day for 10 days, the only way to get it working again is to switch it on and off to reboost it. I've called twice and they just tell me to do what I'm already doing, how do I get an engineer to come and look at this?

Simply call, say the same resolution has been suggested twice and failed twice and request that an engineer is sent out.

I rang for a third time today and they wouldn't send an engineer cos once I'd turned it off and in yet again it was working so it showed no fault :-/
