TiVo box and TV sound not in sync

Just installed new TiVo box and sound is not in sync with TV so watching anything is dreadful

Try going into the tivo settings and changing doly digital to pcm

I have audio sync problems too. Switching my TV off and back on again or switching tv input away from tivo and back fixes it on the days I forget to let the Tivo wake up fully before switching the TV on.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting sound issues on the TiVo®.  I will be happy to help check this out for you.

Firstly I'd like to know if you  have any audio equipment connected?  If so, does the same issue occur if it's not connected?
