Thanks for the update and I'm sorry that this still isn't working for you.
Can you please follow these steps in this article: How do I sign out of Spotify on TiVo®? I know you technically haven't logged in, I want to be sure the App is fully logged out of before you try to log in again.
If that doesn't work try these 2 steps:
* Carry out 2 service connections. (HOME > HELP & SETTINGS > SETTINGS > NETWORK > CONNECT TO MY VIRGIN MEDIA SERVICE NOW.)
* Reboot the box to finish off.
The service connection can take around a few minutes normally, can take a little longer. Once the service connection has been done twice, power off/on the box to refresh and then try again.
