We have the same problem, we have checked the cables and also phoned the virgin customer support line who say the test seem fine... please help!

If you've checked all the connections and still have a blank screen then we'll need a technician to check it out for you.

 

I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.

Hey, Josh! Yes, TiVo started working again 3 days later. I have no idea what the problem was or how it was fixed, but it works fine since then. Thank you for the help!

Hey,

Same happening to mine. Fiddled with the plugs and managed to get picture for a bit but now it's gone again. No sound at all. When I tried rebooting it I somehow lowered the quality of the image and can't change it back. Have successfully rebooted but still experiencing all issues.
