Resigning into Netflix after password change

Hi,
I can't sign back into Netflix after I changed my password on my TiVo box yet I can on all my other devices. It says my details don't match records.
Please help

It might be worth resetting Netflix on your TiVo.  From the home menu, go to Help and Settings, System Info, Netflix Account Information.  Then select the option to sign out of Netflix.  This should reset the app and may allow you to sign in again.

This answer didn't work for me. I just spent 20 mins on the phone speaking to 1st and 2nd line support so thought I'd share the answer given with everybody else....

  1. Open netflix and try and sign in
  2. When you see the message "The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive but passwords are" press the following arrow keys on the Virgin remote (the arrows with the "ok" button in the middle):
    • Up
    • Up
    • Down
    • Down
    • Left
    • Right
    • Left
    • Right
    • Up
    • Up
    • Up
    • Up
  3. This now shows a "hidden" menu. Choose "sign out".
  4. After you've signed out using the above method the next time you login your new details should work
