Program schedule to be announced

Programme schedule shows all channels but they all say "To be announced"

checked all cables and powered off and on but no difference. Been like this for about a week....

What are the lights on the front of the box doing?

Also can you try to force a connection to the Virgin Media servers.

Welcome to the forums, it's always nice to see a new face, I'm just sorry that we've met under a grey cloud. I'm also sorry to hear that the programme guide has not been updating for you. 

I've done some testing on the connection and can see no reason for this, and can also see that your TiVo® has been requesting daily updates. Are you still experiencing this issue?

this could be because you cleared everything off the tivo box  so tv programme listings wont be shown it takes a while  for programme listings to load
