Hi. I'm new so I hope I have the right board. I have not had BB or TV since last night. Customer services say it's not at my end but maybe due to a system upgrade. Does anyone else have this problem and if it's true about the upgrade does Virgin notify customers in advance? I was hoping to order my Christmas gifts today. Thanks

Everything seems ok now. It was an area-wide issue. However, I have now upgraded my loft aerial so that I can at least have TV. Episodes of recorded shows missing too. Also on the basis of several texts that the fault wouldn't be repaired until next Monday, I bought a £20 data bundle for my phone and 1 hour later the BB was restored! Thank you for your help.
