Getting 319 temporary error, I see there is a known issue reported but estimated fix 17th November, that's awful service I expect issues to be fixed in hours not weeks. you should be giving customers automatic refunds if their service is degraded for more than 1 day, especially as I have to put up with the wife moaning constantly about it, if she didn't hate satellite dishes stuck on the side of the house we would be off to sky.

I have located your account and I can see the known issue is still showing the same estimated fix time. I'm sorry it's taken so long for you but depending on what's causing the fault it can vary on how long it takes to fix.
