No broadband or tv

I live in Dartford Kent area and have had no broadband or tv for 2 weeks now, no engineer available

There's literally no one, or do you have an appointment at some point in the future? Seems odd that they just wouldn't have ANY availability.

we have had nothing for 3 weeks and the best they can offer is mid September, absolutely appalling and not a care for loyal customers.

Same, 20 years+ a customer and treated with contempt - losing both services daily & fobbed off every day! Disgraceful service!!!

Overseas person said I have no internet for weeks whilst local cabinet wiring being upgraded. Guess what, I can see cabinet from my house, no virgin person been there for ages!!
