No TiVo service since 20.10 Christmas Day and still nothing. Rebooted and rebooted all connections ok. Just says starting up. Anyone else got these problems in and around RG42/12 area. Engineer booked for next Saturday for gods sake!

I'm very sorry to hear about the box not completing the starting up sequence. As reading I can see that you've booked an engineer, can you tell me what time this is for, with engineers coming out over the Christmas holidays I can imagine your frustration.
I'd love to stay in touch on how things go after the engineer has been.
