If it is not IPlayer buffering all the time, it is now Netflix stopping playing on every title with the message, "we are having trouble playing this title at the moment ......" Etc. Etc. The cost of this service is prohibitive each month and when it fails on so many levels, it has to be time to change to another provider. So fed up with Virgin and TiVo!
Thanks for your post. It's lovely having you here even if you are having an issue with watching Netflix on your TiVo® box.
There is currently a fault at the address and we are planning to undertake some upgrades to support the increased demand for our services there. Once the work is completed, any issues with buffering on your TiVo® apps will be resolved.
The fault reference for this is: F004495325.
We are looking to carry the work out as soon as possible and the next review date for this fault is 26th October 2016.
We understand this is not the best news and we can only apologise for the intermittent service. Feel free to give the teams a call quoting the reference I've given. They will be able to take a look to see if we're able to offer a credit.
