Netflix issue

I have changed my password today on Netflix every other device in our house has let me sign in apart from the TiVo box?? It say on screen the information entered doesn't match the records. But it's the same information I've put in on all the other devices. I didn't use capitals on my password set up so I know it's not that?? Any ideas.

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing Netflix via the TiVo® box.  I can help get this sorted for you.

 

You will need to log out of the App to start from scratch.   Follow these steps: 

 

HOME > HELP & SETTINGS > SYSTEM INFO > NETFLIX ACCOUNT INFORMATION > SIGN OUT OF NETFLIX > THUMBS DOWN 3 X, finally press LAST CH button.

 

You should then be able to got back to Netflix as normal and sign in with the new login details.
